- Suction turbine: The arrangement of the turbine, generates a floor effect on the product, achieving better cooking.
- Steam: Producer of high quantity and quality steam, fast recovery and uniform distribution of steam throughout the cooking chamber.
- Cooking chamber: The air speed and rotation of the platform is very low, achieving a smooth and adequate cooking to the product.
- Electric batteries: Being an electric model, it consists of batteries that make the operation of the oven possible.
- Baking quality: The octagonal design of the baking chamber provides regularity of temperature throughout the chamber, guaranteeing regularity of baking in the product.
- Redesigned door: The increased thickness of the door insulates the heat inside. The reinforcement of the opening shaft and the incorporation of a robust handle mark the personality of Salva, providing reliability and long life to the product. Reduces the temperature drop in the cooking chamber by 25%.
- Integrated temperature probe: Integrated in the air supply. Rapid temperature recovery is obtained and oven inertia is reduced.
